Terms of Service

The terms for using Pixapi accounts, API keys, credits, model APIs, usage records, and support.

Last updated: 2026-06-26

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pixapi, including the website, model catalog, developer dashboard, account features, API key management, credit system, model APIs, usage records, support tickets, and related services (the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Pixapi provides a unified API layer for developers and product teams that need access to supported AI models through one account, one API key system, and consistent usage billing. Depending on available configuration and plan access, the Service may let users:

  • Browse supported image and video model information.
  • Create accounts, manage sessions, and sign in with email, Google, or GitHub when enabled.
  • Create API keys for developer access.
  • Call supported model endpoints through Pixapi APIs.
  • Receive normalized responses, task statuses, result metadata, or model outputs.
  • View usage records, credit balances, and orders.
  • Purchase one-time credit packs.
  • Claim eligible signup or promotional credit rewards.
  • Submit and manage support tickets.

Some public pages are available without an account. API keys, model API access, billing, credit management, reward claims, usage history, and support tickets require an account.

3. Accounts, API Keys, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, sessions, API keys, and any generated secrets. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.

You agree to provide accurate account, billing, and contact information when required and to keep that information current. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account or API keys.

We may require email verification, enforce rate limits, revoke or delete API keys, suspend sessions, or restrict access where needed to protect the Service.

4. Developer Use and API Access

API keys are credentials. Keep them secret, do not publish them in client-side code or public repositories, and rotate or delete keys if they may be exposed.

You are responsible for requests made with your API keys, including submitted payloads, model outputs, credit consumption, rate-limit usage, and policy violations. Pixapi may rate limit, suspend, revoke, or delete API keys that are compromised, abusive, unpaid, inactive, or used in violation of these Terms.

Pixapi may change endpoint behavior, supported parameters, response fields, model availability, rate limits, credit costs, and provider routing as the Service evolves.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Submit, transmit, or request content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
  • Submit, transmit, or request unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, violent, harassing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
  • Use the Service to promote fraud, scams, malware, spam, illegal activity, self-harm, violence, harassment, or abuse.
  • Misrepresent affiliation with any person, company, model provider, brand, or rights holder.
  • Attempt to bypass credits, payment flows, rate limits, safety controls, authentication, authorization, or access restrictions.
  • Scrape, crawl, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service except as expressly allowed by a written agreement.
  • Use model outputs in a way that violates platform policies, advertising rules, third-party rights, provider terms, or applicable law.

6. User Content and API Payloads

"User Content" means prompts, messages, parameters, input files, input URLs, support messages, attachments, API requests, and other content you submit, upload, link, or transmit through the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Pixapi a limited license to host, store, copy, process, transform, transmit, display, and use User Content as needed to provide, secure, debug, maintain, and improve the Service, including routing requests to upstream model providers, infrastructure providers, storage providers, and other service providers.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and authority needed to submit and use User Content with Pixapi.

7. Model Outputs

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use model outputs for personal or commercial purposes. Pixapi does not claim ownership of model outputs, except for Pixapi's underlying software, systems, workflows, documentation, branding, and pre-existing intellectual property.

Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, similar to outputs generated for other users, unavailable, delayed, filtered, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them, including checking factual accuracy, legal compliance, platform rules, provider terms, and third-party rights.

8. Credits, Rewards, and Payments

Certain features require credits or payment. The server-side pricing catalog is the source of truth for product IDs, prices, credits, and credit validity periods.

Credits may be granted through one-time credit packs, signup rewards, manual grants, or other promotions. Credits may expire according to the applicable product, reward, or promotion rule.

Model API usage may consume credits based on the selected model, endpoint, usage unit, provider response, and Pixapi pricing rules. Failed, incomplete, retried, or provider-limited requests may still be logged for security, debugging, support, and billing review.

Credit packs are one-time purchases billed through configured payment providers. Pixapi does not currently require a subscription for the credit packs shown on the pricing page.

Prices, included credits, credit costs, model availability, rate limits, queue speed, quality, output limits, endpoint behavior, and plan benefits may change over time. Taxes, exchange rates, bank fees, payment processor fees, and local charges may also apply.

Due to the nature of digital assets, consumed API credits are non-refundable. For unused credits, we support refund requests within 7 days of purchase. Please contact support@pixapi.ai for assistance.

9. Third-Party Services and Model Providers

Pixapi relies on third-party providers for payment processing, authentication, email, storage, analytics, infrastructure, and AI model execution. Their services may have separate terms, privacy practices, availability, usage restrictions, safety systems, and technical limits.

Model behavior, speed, quality, supported parameters, output format, safety filtering, availability, and pricing may vary by provider and may change without notice.

10. Support Tickets and Attachments

Support tickets are for account, billing, technical, and product support. Do not submit sensitive secrets, full payment card numbers, passwords, private keys, or unnecessary confidential information in support messages or attachments.

We may reject, remove, or restrict support attachments or submitted content that violates these Terms or creates operational risk.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, interfaces, documentation, branding, logos, product names, pricing catalog structure, model catalog presentation, API design, and other Pixapi materials, is owned by Pixapi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use Pixapi names, logos, trademarks, trade dress, or branding without prior written permission, except where allowed by law.

12. Service Availability and Changes

Pixapi is provided as an online service that depends on infrastructure, databases, storage, payment providers, model providers, and network availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available operation.

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, models, pricing, limits, product plans, rewards, API behavior, storage behavior, or support workflows at any time.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Where account deletion or removal workflows are available, you may use them or contact support.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the Service, fail to pay amounts owed, abuse credits or rewards, compromise service integrity, or if continued access would harm Pixapi, users, providers, or third parties.

After termination, your right to use the Service ends. Certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections on payments, credits, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute-related obligations survive termination.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixapi disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that model outputs will be accurate, unique, lawful for every use, accepted by any platform, free from third-party claims, accepted by every upstream provider, or aligned with your expectations.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixapi and its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors, providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, credits, outputs, or other intangible losses arising from or related to the Service.

16. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pixapi and its affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, User Content, model outputs, API keys, payment activity, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date shown on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
